Pattoneer is the commanding officer and co-founder of Guardians of Liberty. Pattoneer, rose to fame in 2021 during his congressional deposition hearing where he defended all of his militia's right to privacy refusing to give up contact information for militia members. In doing so he stated, "if we have anything to hide, we'll just copy it over to Hillary Clinton's email server, because what difference does it make at this point?" Pattoneer is a US Army Veteran and Combat Disabled. He served in Afghanistan and was medically discharged, honorably. He is also married to his wife of 22 years as of 2022 and has 4 grown kids. Pattoneer is also a small business owner who runs a very successful digital marketing firm that has several big names as clients including universities and local governments.
